A selection of short plays by writers and media professionals who live in Connecticut or spent much of their lives here, including Dennis House, Chris Knopf, James Thurber, Jacques Lamarre, Jennifer Jones Persechino, and others. From a surprising blind date between two old friends, to a wife who wins an unusual prize, from a sweet connection made by two kids in the snow, to a man with a secret he probably should have kept to himself, Nine Tens of Forty-Four are funny, quirky, reflective, and moving short plays that will have you laughing, thinking, or simply having a good time. All live on stage.
