Playhouse 44 and Raymour & Flanigan would like to share how extremely pleased we were with the turnout and response to “Sounds of the Season,” a holiday concert held Thursday evening, December 12, 2024 at Raymour & Flanigan’s Avon store. The concert featured a special choir established exclusively for the event under the leadership of George Murphy, a skilled musician who is also on the board of directors of Playhouse 44. In addition to music, food, cookies, custom-made holiday cupcakes, and a free prize drawing, “Sounds of the Season” collected three large bins of goods to donate to Gifts of Love, including toiletries, nonperishable foods, and housewares.
